![]() ![]() I'd appreciate any recommendations what to do or even a way to get directly in touch with technical support from Epson - which I have not been able to determine. The problem doesn't happen with different sizes of paper using "ultra" or 5 Star paper, nor with 5 by 7 inch, 8 by 10 inch, or 8.5 by 11 inch paper. For about the next inch, the image printed is visible, but incomplete (like not all the ink jets are working correctly), and then for approximately the last quarter inch or so, nothing is printed, resulting in a blank/white border on the right side of the landscape perspective paper. The photo prints correctly up to the 4 1/2 inch point on the paper. Disconnect all data connections coming into the printer such as USB, networkd cables, firewire, etc. ![]() It is happening in the "borderless" print mode. I ONLY experience the problem with 4 by 6 inch glossy paper that is rated "ultra" or 5 Star paper, not lighter weight paper (e.g., "premium, or 4 Star paper) nor with larger size paper. The printer is less than a year old and I am using inks that have been replaced only 2 or 3 times. I am experiencing what seems like a very odd problem with my Epson Stylus Photo 1400 printer. ![]()
